Hello everyone,

Many of us knew Jack, but I am guessing there are many of the 261 members of this site who didn't have that privilege?

If you have not propped up a bar with Jack you really should read this and be in awe of the man and his love of sport.

Many would have said Sir Stanley Matthews was the greatest sportsman for longevity, or perhaps Sir Steve Redgrave, or maybe even WG?

But what about Jack?
